DISPATCH OF ORDERS
Free Shipping On International Orders
Orders are normally dispatched within 7 – 15 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund. To ensure the fastest dispatch and delivery, please use English characters only when completing your order address details.
Your order may be delivered to you by either your local post office or a local courier, depending on your area. lf you are not home when the delivery is
made, a notification slip may be left by the postal service to advise on re-delivery or collection.
Tracking
All packages shipped internationally will be trackable. Sign in to”Order History” to view your tracking information. Your tracking number will be
emailed to you, and will also be available under “Details” the next working day after your order is shipped.
GST, Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges,they must
be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
ORDER COMMUNICATION
Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed
invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Once an
order has been placed you cannot change the payment method used to place that order.
